Dear customers, friends, and fans,
Today we are introducing our new official Eranium ERA-IX Forum. This will be our new place where we communicate about our developments and, of course, interact with you directly. The forum will be maintained together with our Telegram and Discord server. Telegram will still be used for daily chats, and Discord will be winded down to just a few channels.
So why a forum?
There are many reasons for us to launch this forum, and we will discuss them one by one:
- We need an official place to interact with customers and the community, not relying on third-party (non-EU) platforms.
- We want it to be integrated more in our business, so this forum has been integrated into our portal. All via one account. Integrated like it is now, also offer better moderation and insights.
- Since our founding, we have never had a traditional mailing list system like other exchanges. In our opinion, they are complex to maintain and not intuitive. This forum can provide a similar functionality.
- Show our customers more about our operations.
What can you expect?
We are quite serious about the forum, and we will do our best to maintain and improve it. What can you expect?

- A channel for customers/members to provide us feedback and improvements.
- New connected member announcements (e-mail subscription available).
- New upgraded ports announcements (e-mail subscription available).
- A wishlist system where current members can request members for us to get on board.
- Discussions about our services and products, but also general community discussions.
How can I use the forum?

The forum is integrated into the Eranium portal, so no new account is needed. After you log into the Eranium portal, you will be redirected and logged in at our forum.
